Snazooka: a live photo wall for weddings, birthdays and events
Your guests scan a QR code at the table, and the photos they take appear on a big screen at the venue as the night goes on. Afterwards, every photo and video is yours to keep.
What is Snazooka?
Snazooka is a live photo wall for weddings, birthday parties, family celebrations and company events. You set up your event in a few minutes, put QR cards on the tables and open the screen link on a laptop or smart TV at the venue. Guests scan the code with their phone camera, and their photos and short videos appear on the screen as they share them.
Guests don't download an app or create an account. They type their first name and start sharing, which matters when some of your guests have never scanned a QR code before.
When the event is over, you can browse and download everything at full size, so you end up with the photos your guests actually took instead of the ones that never leave their phones.
Snazooka is built and run by GBA Solutions in Naas, Co. Kildare. It started as a photo wall for our own family events and grew into a product other people could use.
The problems Snazooka solves
Guests' photos stay on their phones
Everyone takes photos at a wedding or party, but very few of them ever reach the people who hosted it. With Snazooka they're shared on the night, into one album that belongs to you.
Shared albums that nobody joins
Asking guests to download an app or sign in to an album loses most of them at the first step. Snazooka works in the phone's own browser from a QR code, with nothing to install.
A screen at the venue with nothing on it
A slideshow made in advance shows the past. A live photo wall shows the night itself, with guests watching their own photos and messages come up on the screen.
Poor Wi-Fi at the venue
Hotel and function room Wi-Fi is often patchy. Snazooka keeps trying in the background and finishes the upload when the signal comes back, so photos aren't lost.

Your photos and privacy
- Photos and videos are stored in the EU and kept private to your event. Only people with your link or QR code, and the admins you choose, can see them.
- Snazooka never uses your photos for advertising and never sells them.
- Payments are handled by Stripe, and prices include VAT. There's no subscription, just one price per event.
- You get a full refund if your event is cancelled or moved, or if you don't end up using it.

What is Snazooka?

What do I need for the big screen?
Any screen with a web browser will do. A laptop connected to the venue's TV or projector by HDMI is the most reliable, especially at a wedding. Fire Stick browsers also work, while Chromecast and Apple TV depend more on the Wi-Fi.
What happens if the Wi-Fi at the venue is poor?
Snazooka keeps retrying uploads in the background for up to 30 minutes and finishes them when the signal comes back, so guests don't have to try again.
Can I stop unsuitable photos appearing on the screen?
Yes. You can hide or delete any photo straight away from your phone, or switch on approval so nothing appears on the screen until you've approved it.
Can I download all the photos afterwards?
Yes. On the Event plan you can download every photo and video at full size, with the originals together in one zip file.
Are the photos private?
